My first job in the industry was on the tools team at Treyarch where I worked as an Associate Tools and Automation Engineer. I spent more time doing tools than Test Automation, but I experienced both sides. Here’s a snapshot of what I did:
– Created build and test automation scripts within a proprietary Continuous Integration framework
– Wrote miscellaneous Python-based tools to perform various tasks such as disk space cleanup, perforce presubmit, and custom URL protocol handling
– Configured and maintained remote PC/XBOX/PS4 hardware for automation purposes
